Responsibilities:
The mainresponsibilities of the position will include, but not be limited to:
- Evaluating, conducting due diligence, negotiating and executing direct investment transactions
- Researching target investment industries and markets
- Building and analyzing financial models
- Writing investment proposals and reports
- Assisting portfolio companies to succeed
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience at PE/VC fund, USD fund preferred
- Fully bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Bachelor degree and above preferred from top schools
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Excellent communications skills especially in writing and delivering investment reports and presentations
- Strong analytical skills to assess and explain market trends and events
- Problem solving skills and the ability to think independently
